Mental & Emotional Health
FIND TRUE HEALING
A holistic approach to improve your mental well-being
We all experience mental distress at some time or another. It can show up as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, a lack of motivation, unhealthy relationships, chronic pain, or physical illness—just to name some common struggles. While challenging, it’s important to learn how to acknowledge these difficult emotions. Doing so allows them to move through us. If we ignore the emotions, our body starts manifesting physical symptoms.
That’s what we’re here for. We use a holistic approach to counseling to help you improve your mental well-being.

A HOLISTIC APPROACH
Mental & spiritual
health contribute to your overall well-being
We specialize in Christian counseling. This technique uses evidence-based therapy integrating the mind, body, and biblical truth. We focus on healing the emotional, physical, and spiritual patterns through whole-body care. We guide you to strengthen your identity and relationships by enhancing the relationship between you and God as healer.
With emphasis on the mind-body connection and our collaborative
approach, we create a personalized treatment plan and consult with your functional medicine provider (if you’re working with one). This ensures physiological symptoms are addressed too.

OUR SERVICES
Christian Counseling
Depending on your goals, your counselor will incorporate various methods tailored to you and your healing journey. We guide you through the chapters in your life by allowing God to redeem your brokenness and pain so you can live an abundant life.
Holistic Counseling Techniques
Your treatment may include a variety of counseling techniques: Biblical worldview, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, temperament therapy, story-informed trauma care, dialectical behavior therapy, Gottman method, emotion-focused therapy, family systems theory, somatic therapy, play therapy, EMDR and Brainspotting.
Functional Medicine Collaboration
In addition to your counseling sessions, you’ll identify unhealthy lifestyle habits that may be contributing to poor mental well-being. For example, an unhealthy diet, unbalanced gut and hormones, poor sleep, or lack of movement can all cause mental stress.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy supports your emotional health by helping you connect with your spouse on a deeper level. Restore tension from bitterness and resentment or find meaning in the sanctification of marriage. Whether you need a marriage “tune-up,” are in the midst of conflict, or are just beginning your journey together, we help you navigate the ups and downs.

Full Health Discovery
We’ll develop a clear picture of your current health status,
past medical history, and future health goals. You will begin with a counselor to create a timeline of life events and receive diagnostic assessments that help us understand your emotional needs better. This also allows us to examine your nervous system health so we can objectively track your improved stress resiliency over time.
